---### PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE1. Introduction
Welcome to Activity Blocks. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the Activity Blocks mobile application (the "App") operated by Eugenio Passarini ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. License to Use
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you must create an account using an email and password or third-party authentication methods.
* Account Security: We utilize secure, industry-standard third-party infrastructure (currently Supabase) to store and manage your authentication credentials. We employ encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest to protect your personal data.
* Your Responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
* Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Activity Blocks offers optional premium features accessible via a paid subscription.
* Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your credit card information directly.
* Subscription Management: We utilize third-party infrastructure (currently RevenueCat) to validate and manage your subscription status. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your subscription data may be processed by these providers to ensure service continuity.
* Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
* Refunds: As payments are handled by the Stores, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google support, in accordance with their respective refund policies.
5. User Content and Data Security
The App allows you to input data, routines, notes, and mood ratings ("Content").
* Ownership: You retain all rights to the Content you create.
* Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your Content from unauthorized access during transmission. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Content, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
* Backup: We recommend you regularly export or back up critical data. We are not liable for data loss caused by device malfunction or unforeseen software errors.
6. Medical and Psychological Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Activity Blocks is a productivity and self-reflection tool.
* Not a Medical Device: This App is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
* No Professional Relationship: Use of the App does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
* Emergency: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please consult a qualified healthcare professional or contact emergency services immediately.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
---### PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Activity Blocks ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. We respect your privacy and represent that we operate in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Data We Collect
We collect the minimal amount of data necessary to provide the service.
* A. Account Data: Email address and User ID (provided via Apple/Google Sign-In or email signup). Used to identify you and sync data.
* B. App Activity & Content: Activity blocks, routine templates, mood ratings, and text reflections. This data is encrypted in transit and stored in our database (Supabase) linked to your User ID.
* C. Purchase Data: Subscription status and expiration date. Processed via RevenueCat (interacting with Apple/Google Stores). We never see or store your credit card details.
4. How We Store and Process Data
We use trusted third-party infrastructure:
* Supabase: Backend services for authentication and database storage (Encrypted in transit and at rest).
* RevenueCat: Subscription billing infrastructure.
* Apple & Google: Payment processing.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active.
* In-App Deletion: You can request the complete deletion of your account and data directly within the App's settings ("Delete Account" option).
* Web Request: If you no longer have access to the App, you may request account deletion by following the instructions in the "Manage Your Data" section at www.activityblocks.app.
* Effect: Upon confirmation, your data is permanently removed from our live database.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, export, or delete your personal data ("Right to be Forgotten"). Contact us at the email above for specific requests if the in-app tools do not suffice.
7. Sensitive Data (Mood Tracking)
We treat your mood tracking and reflection logs with high confidentiality. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal mood history with advertisers or third parties.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

### MANAGE YOUR DATARequest Account Deletion
If you still have the app installed, the fastest way to delete your data is via Settings > Account > Delete Account. This happens instantly.
If you have uninstalled the app and wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can submit a manual request:1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
3. In the body, specify the email address associated with your account.
Timeline & Process
For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your identity by replying to a confirmation email. Once verified, your request will be processed within 30 days (usually much sooner). You will receive a final confirmation once your data has been permanently wiped from our servers.
⚠️ Important Note on Subscriptions
Deleting your account removes your data from our database, but it does not automatically cancel your subscription with Apple or Google. To stop future billing, you must cancel the subscription via your Apple ID or Google Play Store settings manually.
